The practice combines elements of acupressure, energy healing and spiritual practices to address physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. 

What is involved in an IET treatment?

A consultation is required at your first treatment; this ensures IET is right for you. The recipient lies on a couch or in a comfortable seated position and remains fully clothed. The therapist facilitates the flow of life force energy to clear blockages and install positive intentions. An IET session lasts approximately 1 hour and treats the whole person rather than specific symptoms. It can be given anytime, anywhere as no special equipment needed.

IET is often comparted to Reiki but is distinct in it's specific focus on cellular memory clearing and it's structured attunement-based training system.
