Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so we can offer the appointment to another client.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: a £48 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies.
• Within 4 hours of your appointment, or if you do not attend: the full treatment fee applies instead of the £48 fee.

You can cancel or reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this, please contact us directly on 077 0838 2931.

We have introduced a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per booking. This amount can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, if it is changed with 48hrs of appointment time. Transfers cannot be made between different clients.
