Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is set aside especially for you. If you need to cancel or make a change, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £48 fee. 

If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, or miss it without letting us know, the full treatment fee will apply.

You can change or reschedule your appointment online, within 48 hours of the appointment time - otherwise, please contact us to cancel. 

There is 20% vat included in your treatment price.
