Ear Seeds & Reflexology Combo (1 Hour)

This unique combo of ear seeds and either facial or foot reflexology will deepen your level of relaxation and melt away stress.

Ear Seeds & Reflexology Combo

Ear seeds are small, adhesive items placed on specific pressure points of the outer ear to stimulate them through acupressure. They are applied to the outer ear using a small adhesive patch and are designed to remain in place for several days to a week, allowing for intermittent self-stimulation by gently massaging the seeds.

By applying gentle, continuous pressure to these points, ear seeds are believed to send signals through the nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, to promote balance and support overall well-being.

The most commonly reported benefits of ear seeds include stress relief, anxiety reduction, improved sleep quality, and support for emotional grounding. They are also used to help manage chronic pain, lower back pain, migraines, and menstrual discomfort.

Reflexology is a science that teaches that every gland, organ and part of the body is reflected in the feet and hands and that by working on these areas, balance is restored to the body. It balances body systems, relaxes tension, improves blood supply and brings about relaxation.

Price: For a 1 hour treatment of General Reflexology £60.00

Note:  Ear seeds and Reflexology are not a substitute for medical treatment nor is it a diagnostic system. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice.
