NADA Protocol - This treatment is working with acupuncture needles around the outer ear. It involved the gentle placement of up to five small sterilised disposable needles into specific sites on each ear. 

The NADA 5 needle protocol can help to Stimulate the release of endorphins, reduce withdrawal symptoms, decrease cravings, induce relaxation, lower stress and more. 

Ear seeds can also be placed at the end of the treatment to allow the body to continue, even after you leave. They can be applied to the outer ear using a small adhesive patch and are designed to remain in place for several days to a week, allowing for intermittent self-stimulation by gently massaging the seeds.

By applying gentle, continuous pressure to these points, ear seeds are believed to send signals through the nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, to promote balance and support overall well-being.
