What is involved in a facial alignment treatment?

A consultation is required before/at your first treatment (usually emailed to you); this ensures the treatment is suitable for you.

Your therapist will explain everything to you and between you both, you can decide which two treatments are best suited for you on the day. 

You can choose two of the following treatments:

• Deep cleanse and exfoliate - a mini facial leaving your skin glowing and ready for deeper facial work

• Buccal massage - is a specialized intraoral facial technique where our trained therapist uses gloved fingers to massage the muscle and fascia inside the mouth (cheeks, jawline) while simultaneously working on the external face. This dual approach targets deep tissue structures which aims to release chronic tension, improve circulation, reduce puffiness, relief from TMJ dysfunction or jaw clenching. 

• Cosmetic acupuncture with LED light therapy - (including body & Auricular acupuncture) - Combining cosmetic facial acupuncture with LED light therapy creates a synergistic treatment that enhances skin rejuvenation by stimulating collagen and elastin production while reducing inflammation. Collagen and Elastin are given a boost with red light therapy, Lymphatic Drainage techniques are use to reduce puffiness, circulation is increased and brings about Holistic Balance.

• Facial Cupping for lymphatic drainage - a non-invasive technique using small silicone or plastic cups to create gentle suction, stimulating lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, fluid retention, and facial congestion. 

• Is a holistic, non-invasive therapy that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the face, head, and neck to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
