Postural Energetics

In this course we teach you how to read a client’s body language being “spoken” during a Postural Energetics session.

As a result, you can feel confident in assisting others, and be able to make fine postural adjustments to support them in releasing their own restrictions.

We refer to this as releasing the secret “healing dance” of the body. This is because by making even slight postural adjustments, the body is better able to release restrictions held within its connective tissue (fascial network).

Entry Requirements: Our Introduction to Connective Tissue course is prerequisite for taking this course.

Course Duration: One Day (7 hands-on hours)

Qualification Obtained: Certificate of Completion of Advanced Postural Energetics enabling full, immediate implementation.

The Course Teaches:

In this 1-day course, you will receive six hours of experiential training and come to understand the more advanced principles of Postural Energetics.

Class sizes are limited to 6-8 students in order to provide a comfortable learning environment with plenty of personal attention from professional instructors and teaching assistants. We recommend early registration to avoid disappointment.

Doors open at 9am for sign-in. Class time runs from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30. We aim to begin and end promptly for those with travel arrangement requirements.
