Relax Kids Classes

Relax Kids classes use research-based techniques to help children recognise their strengths and manage their emotional journey through life. These techniques provide a toolbox of skills which can be transferred into later life. Relax Kids sessions can be adapted to meet school requirements.

 

Relax Kids classes help:

  • Improve concentration and memory retention
  • Improve self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Develop resilience
  • Stress and anxiety management
  • Develop self-awareness and the ability to self-soothe Improve sleep

 

Relax Kids include:

A range of relaxation exercises, including breathing exercises, positive affirmations, stretches, peer or self-massage, visualisations, guided meditation, mindfulness and deep body relaxation.

 

Relax Kids Classes available:

Little stars classes for age groups 4-5. Approx 45 mins per class **Available to book online here**. 

Magical adventures for  age groups 6-9. Approx 45 mins per class ** Available to book online here**.

Chills skills for age groups 10+ 

1-1s after initial assessment , with parent/carer present, tailored programme to meet individual needs.

Family Sessions after initial assessment tailored programme to meet individuals needs.

 

Prebooking is essential as places are limited.

Prices are £6 per class in a 6 week block.

Full payment in advance at time of booking.
